SprintO at Gladesville Hospital.
Lost time:
mistake at 4
bad route choice on long leg
couldn't find punch (some way from flag !)

Didn't race at SprintO pace, course was a bit too long (again) - although the GPS distance looks a bit wrong.

Woke up early again, so slipped in a longish run while I could. Beautiful temperature before the sun came up.

To & from work. Looked as though it would rain, but one brief shower aside it didn't. Much too much energy left over this week, I think its pretty much a write-off.

Squeezed a run into a diabolical day.

Drive to Jocks to get map bags that had been forgotten
Drive to N Sydney to collect bike rack plates that I had forgotten. Crappy traffic.
Drive to NS library to drop off video that we had forgotten to take back and was overdue
Race back home to meet Sue and Stu to give them maps (that I had forgotten to relay via Tracy)
Discover that I have all the event registration slips.
Collect Lyra, go to LC library to drop off book that I had lost which was overdue.
Cook dinner, realise I have forgotten ingredient. Dump Lyra with next door neighbour.
Race to shops and home, collect Lyra finish cooking dinner, put it in fridge, drop Lyra back next door. Get in car. Get out of car, have forgotten mandatory goodbye hug.
Race to event with rego slips.
Realise I have forgotten some other kit - nick off to local shops and score it for free.
Event - 4 hours of not orienteering.
Get home. eat lunch, eat dinner.
Start processing RouteGadget. Server dies.

Feeling a bit sluggish recently, will try to get to SprintO next week.
