Gravel / bike path roll. A little soreness / fatigue in the quads and calfs. Beautiful day, couldn't force myself out of bed early this morning but luckily had a gap.

Jogging warm up/down 19:05 [3] 3.8 km (5:01 / km) +17m 4:55 / km

Running intervals 13:33 [5] 3.13 km (4:20 / km) +140m 3:32 / km

2 x Hills, 2 x 1'/1', 1 x Hill, 2 x 1'/1', 1 x Hill. Felt pretty tired warming up so had fears for this, but it went OK, and the key thing was that even though it was slow I was able to wreck myself which I didn't used to be able to do when fatigued! So happy enough.
