2 x Hills, 2 x 1'/1', 1 x Hill, 2 x 1'/1', 1 x Hill. Felt pretty tired warming up so had fears for this, but it went OK, and the key thing was that even though it was slow I was able to wreck myself which I didn't used to be able to do when fatigued! So happy enough.
