Joined in with the front runner squad this time for 4x4min with 1min float recovery. Tried to set more realistic target paces, based on Liam's targets, but still failed to stick to them. Target was 4:33 efforts and 5:00 floats with a target range 10 seconds either side. Started close but never slowed down enough on the floats and got a bit carried away overtaking people on the way back (did two efforts out and two back).
