Running 27:00 [1]

Jogging without a headlamp. I tested a hand lamp - kind of 100 lumens glove lamp - made for commuter running by a friend of mine. Weather was quite bad for lamp testing, half meter white snow made it impossible to find any dark spots.

Strength 25:00 [2]

Note

Rastivarsat, Club of the year 2008 in Finland. We are great, aren't we! If we just could get a result in any relay even once we wuold be perfect!

O person of the year is J. Ake - grand old man of O mapping in finland. Good see they picked really exellent name for a change - I am referring last year's quite questionable choice ;)

Forest run (Night) 1:30:00 [2]

Forest run with headlamp and without a map. I used paths more than usually, so I got lost only once. As fun as always. I hade live gps tracking but I did't tell anybody about it as usual:
http://www.routegadget.net/tracker/cgi-bin/reitti....

I have four gps units, Forerunner 205, globalsat bt-335, iBT474 and Nokia N78 gps phone. So I left 6110nav and Suunto X9 home. At first I thought I'd take those too, but then I got too afraid I might suck all signals from satellites and the air traffic at nearby airport Helsinki-Vantaa might end up in chaos.
