thank goodness for the indoor Snap fitness....rainy day but I got some good training in..

warm up and cool down with this main set imbedded:

3 x 4:00 @ 8:14 pace (didnt want to over do the repeats) because I have a sprint triathlon on sunday...first one was ragged and felt tough.....not a good sign.
