Ran the 10K ROC Mendon Trail race...I decided to not to do another loop to pacify my right hamstring/ glute intersection who told me, " Do you really want us to make your life miserable? Go ahead; DO another loop!"
...I backed down.

I spent a beautiful afternoon at Powder Mill Park doing the brown course. It was messy, but I finished. I'm guessing an extra 1/4 mile should be tacked on at the beginning before I turn on the FR
