Newlands-H St M-Smithwood-High St-loop Failed to keep HR down yet again (under the weather last 48hrs). Ended at TH through Shalford. Had saddle higher and further back, which was far better pulling up through deadspot. Certainly part of the reason fitness has been slow coming back.

GO WOD Puttenham - Green 2 - 2.15 lost going between the ponds to Batty Wood. 10 - 10s pausing to see clearing near pit. Without 2, it would have been 8 min/k, which was far far quicker than I had expected. Just kept a steady tempo. Both calves were unused to the low heel on studded shoes.
