Silent Pool-H St M-Rudgwick-lanes to Alfold-Hydestile-Albury Failed in keeping HR down. A decent pace, started to die with 5 to go. A good circuit. Still miles off where I was in 2017. At least I discovered 2 changes are required to fit that should help.

Bagshot SN Training - Set off with C & Steve Mac at a jog/walk and was soon close to race pace when my competitive spirit kicked in. The whole area was covered in heavy brashings. Lost a good 90s on 7, but otherwise a tidy run consider the crap on the ground. Fell over, and only afterwards discovered my R big toe was badly swollen and turning black back at home (soft toed trainers). First real run since February.
