Swimming 15:00 [3] 0.5 km (30:00 / km)

Mytchett Lake - first 100m crawl, then 30:70 alternating crawl and breastroke. Better starting earlier, couldn't see the bits! Need to practice getting out of wet wetsuit.
6 PM

Running 22:00 [1] 2.0 km (11:00 / km)

9 x 80-160m shuffle, walk recovery. Concentrated on form and soreness,
