Leg based 1rep maxtests for presses, curls and extensions on both legs. R is sig better than preop and L isback to preop about 70% of R on quads and slightly less on hstrings. Then lots of single leg reps on all three exercises. Balancing and walking dumbell lunges. Got progor next 6 weeks away.
