Easy swim to help with recovery from the weekend. My knee is quite sore and limited my push-offs and breaststroke kick. I won't mark it as an injury today, but if the ice and vitamin I don't help by tomorrow, I will. That would be a shame since I was hoping to jump in the next Dirt Cheap Trail Run on Wednesday at Ellison.
