Dirt Cheap Race #3 at Lucien Moren Park
Started in Wave 3. At the start, one person took off and 3 others were ahead a bit, then I was alone. Felt something very scary in my hip shortly before we entered the trails, so I had to walk a stretch and a bunch of people passed me. I think I wound up getting just about all of them back over the last 2.5 miles as my hip started feeling more normal.
