Well over an hour to get through everything. Added three exercises to replace the walking with arms crossed:
walking with arms crossed, but rotating each step
walking with extremely exaggerated arm movements
walking with reaching overhead and across with arm matching leg going forward

Elliptical 5:00 intensity: (4:43 @1) + (17 @2) 0.8 mi (6:15 / mi) +2m 6:13 / mi
ahr:104 max:133

They let me try the elliptical for five minutes after my other exercises today.
