Long session from the club house, ran with Josh. Felt incredibly shit today, knee is not as sore but no strength at all in my legs and abnormally short of breath

Note

Got a very sore knee after intervals yesterday, right below the knee cap. Sore when walking, especially downhill and down stairs.

Decided to run home from work anyway because that was my plan for today. Didn't really get worse but think I'll rest tomorrow
