7*500m intervals with 3 minute rest. Felt pretty sore after a hard week but felt good once I had warmed up. Was quite windy and was running on a dirt/gravel track out at tail race that was a bit sloppy. Happy with the times as the distance was 510-520m and the pace for all but the first were around 2:55. First was a little slow as I was trying to figure out the right speed as I usually run with others. Times:
