Raphael's training with a few of the team. I found 3 controls.... Parts of the map were whited out and it was very tricky, and difficult to read. Thank goodness I'll get a 1:7500 in the competition which has similar detail :)

Ran the women's course for the GB selection team that happened last week. I had been at a few controls. Did run fairly clean.
Last week the top woman did it in 13:20!

hike up Meall Fuar-Mhonaidh (meAll FOOar vonay) which is the highest hill overlooking Loch Ness. Muddy but great hike - we think we could see Ben Nevis (still with some snow on it!) from the summit!

Well, my new Polar M400 won't upload which is a bit frustrating.... It is charging but won't upload on either my laptop or our desk top... So extracted the data. Intervals: 2,2,1,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,2,1. With mostly a 1 min rest in between. Uphills, flat and the 2 min downhill towards the end.

and now it is working!
