Well, almost everything went well, - except I missed out #15 :( First time I have run at MRU and it is challenging - or as challenging as we can get in Canada! some tricky areas with different levels. Warm day with temps above freezing.

Last evening's early American Thanksgiving party didn't help my running...! Not that Edworthy is ever easy! But conditions were pretty good. Got caught up in a train on the first big downhill. Caught up with Philippa on the second downhill, but she dropped me on the flat and last uphill. Suzanne was in my sights but couldn't catch her. Walked most of the steep uphills!

New snow on the ground, and temps of -12 (windchill -17!) which made it feel like the first cold run of the winter! Up and around Tom Campbell Hill then back to the Hose and Hound. Talk by Joanna on injuries which was good and justified the beer! A couple of photo stops on the top, so took off 3 minutes.
