6 x Oxley drive 400m, with 3.5 mins jog back recovery.

ok, getting a bit sore by the end

running 11:30 [3] 1.0 mi (11:30 / mi)

Warm down jog. Decided to include a sprint up the Donkey Steps for which I got 10th place and a little crown. This was on tired legs, I'm sure I could go faster.
