Jogged out to the steps that go up from Burley Road to Belle Vue Road. 99 steps, apparently. We did a circuit of sprinting up the steps, walk across the road at the top, sprint up the next road, then jog back down to the bottom, for 12 minutes. Then a break for some strength exercises, then another 10 minutes.
Didn't feel like it at all beforehand but it wasn't too bad. I could match Evie up the steps but I wasn't even close on the road sprint.
