4 x Dunny Hill. Predictably rubbish (I'm still coughing away) but better than expected really.

2:03; 2:09, 2:16, 2:23.

Dead on the last one. 4 was plenty.

Adel Church. Started off steady, really struggled through the middle part of the run, then picked up again towards the end. Hopefully on the mend.

Butcher Hill, Newlay, Kirkstall. Really didn't feel like doing anything, still coughing away. When I eventually did get out I actually felt quite good and made good speed for about half an hour. Then I really struggled to get home again and slowed quite a lot. Nice to be running properly for a little while at least.
