Running Rough 1:17:27 intensity: (13 @1) + (6:56 @2) + (23:27 @3) + (44:09 @4) + (2:42 @5) 8.89 km (8:43 / km) +665m 6:20 / km

Run from Coleman St. Bushwhacked up to some smaller trails behind the house, worked my way up to BP, but then took Dreamweaver which goes up to a higher point on Mosquito Creek. On the other side of the creek, the trail becomes sketchy and hard to follow. Some really huge old growth trees in this area. Eventually got tired of the slow pace trying to follow the trail and turned around. I guess it ends up below the ski hill on Grouse somewhere.

Jogging around picking up controls from the last junior session of the season. Cold and rainy, felt like a winter day.

Running Rough 54:45 [3] 9.14 km (5:59 / km) +507m 4:41 / km

Run from home around the Lynn Valley "half loop", i.e. to the stairs halfway to the meadow. Took the big trail along the river on the way up. Pushed the pace and I could feel the slight incline. Up the stairs and then took it a bit easier on the upper trail.

Not in top shape right now. May was a bad month. Got sick for a week and worked crazy hours with the new job, plus major orienteering projects every weekend. Five weeks to catch up and get in gear for Yukon!
