H40 Long on Muskö. Missed first control, but then really good for most of the course. Took the straight route on the long leg to 11, even though I knew that was slower than going around left, but the terrain was just too amazing to run roads. Missed 12 though unfortunately which cost me victory. Again, running felt strong, but got a bit beat up with a stick in the eye and a stiff stick in the hip at full speed which really hurt and is sore after, though it didn't penetrate through the skin.

Open 8 on Muskö in amazing and tricky terrain. Started well, but got into trouble on the way to 3. On the way towards the control there was a flag in open rock, but it wasn't mapped open so I misread that I was further along. Lost a little over a minute on this. Then another hook into 4 that cost another minute. Steady after that. Running felt good!
