Strength (Heavy Lifting) 1:00:00 [3]

Did a class for heavy lifting today in Friskis Ultuna. Really really enjoyed it. We were four people and got some really good instruction. Feel like this will make my running better as I have some movement issues with not recruiting my glutes and this for sure recruits my glutes.

Mostly deadlifts with a bit of squatting.
