start of a few weeks of shorter and harder intervals. 5x bit over 2min. usual feeling in first really overspeed session in a while, that im overstriding a bit and body is reluctant to move so quickly but that lungs are not more bothered than on longer ones. nice to have Olli (on double length intervals) to help push on first and last.
