In Teesside all day so went to the track at Clairville in the morning. felt tired before i started so it was mainly just trying hard to keep 3:20 pace. tough doing longer intervals on your own but i think i need them - i hope it's just a bad day but maybe im not so fit! 2x 1km at 3:20, 8x 400m in about 78.

Went to a local sprint race at the Tees Barage, quite a long course so felt tough in the last bit. first orienteering since woc and it was fine apart from missing the control in the middle of a straight line. nice training, actually a new area for me too. that's it for fast training this week i think! need to recover.
