Just felt blah the whole workout. Probably should have swam first. Gave up after 6 lengths. I did take a survey tape and verify the pool was metric---25m! I was surprised. Did 6 lengths with about 90 sec recovery. Wimpy workout, but it was a long week, and I was glad to do it.
