saturday masters. good swim. felt really good all day and after reading the article below last night my attitude has changed a bit. i am not sure I can get much faster but i know i can become more efficient. time to start logging some more miles in the water... and looking forward to it for once.

super fun ride and killer route. perfect for four hours. rolled out with beth, dirk, julie, & john right after swim.

good climbing and another rad day. nice to just knock out 4 hours and it was pretty mellow all day and some solid efforts on the climbs.
