more great sleep. off work for 4 days. heading up to boulder today with Maggie to ride IM boulder course.

IM boulder pre-ride with maggie. one 50 mile loop of the course then exploring more north. good legs all day letting maggie lead the charge for most of the day on the flat road. she was ripping. mega wind and I pulled through the gnarliest sections. good day on the bike and good solid, last long deposit before DK.

solid rest day and feeling good. keeping the foot off the gas for another couple of days.

146 lbs after 2 cups of coffee and nothing yesterday... and some beers and big steaks for dinner.

zwift - innsbruck - hilly route. Wanted to push a but not do a good workout and just ride by feel. pretty stoked with how I felt. two times up a 20+ minute climb. felt solid. no fan. sweatfesh. cleansing.
