rolled out just after 6 after some coffee and a bit of food.
plan was for 12 steady miles and to keep HR around 150... not need to dig deep less then 10 days out. just aerobic work.
rolled down 6+ miles to solana beach and flipped it. picked up the pace miles 6-9 and HR held steady at 150 running in the mid 6's. last 3 miles were mellow.
definitely tired on this run, but good to run on tired bike legs. can't wait until the rest/unloading kicks in next week... hoping to rip legs off!
