I wanted to do the 18 controls option, but it seems that I just didn't see a couple of controls on my way around the course, #4 and #11, to be exact. So that downgraded me to the Get-15 section. :-)
I started with a sore heel, but soon discovered that with all the uphills and the rocks, I was mainly landing on my forefoot, so why not try to run that way? Seemed to work OK, but the heel is a bit tender after the cool-down.
Nice course by Phil and the weather cooperated, although it was a bit chilly at the start.
