Training Log Archive: PrueD

It was a very wet day and I had a doctor's appointment in Doncaster before work. (I am trying to catch up on all my medical appointments which have been neglected over the past years/months. This was the last one.) Although the appointment was 10 minutes and finished at 09:15, it then took me 1 1/2 hours to drive into work from there. The freeway was at a standstill and so I headed off at Chandler Hwy. Unfortunately Johnston St was also at a standstill. When I finally arrived at work, there was somewhat of a frenzy going as the agencies were all jostling for position regarding funding flowing from the RC report. As a result I stayed late and there was no exercise.
