Skiing at Fitzroy. Had absolutely no grip so was all just double poling. cut the ski short because it felt like I was getting a sore throat.

OOC running training. started with a run to the 4H loop and ran 3km in a group, alternating leaders, at tempo pace. then ran over to the tennis court at Frank Ryan and did 8x>2min loops in the forest trying to find 8 controls on features indicated on a control description. finished with a few hill repeats on the road.
