Orienteering at Kanata Lakes. started at Innovation Drive then just ran around the forest and tried to stay on the mostly bare hill tops. there was a lot more snow then I expected but it was very crusty so I didn't sink. really nice to run in the forest again.
XC Skiing - Skate2:27:00 [2] 25.6 km (5:45 / km) ahr:153 max:192
Skiing from P9 to P10 then up the parkway to Ridge road, along Ridge road to the marsh just before the big climb. Then same way back but stopped a few times to ski on the marshes.

Running training with the O-group. we started with a warm up run out to the Ottawa river parkway where we went strait into fartlek training on the grass beside and in the middle of the parkway. then ran to Carling were we did some hill repeats on the grass between the lanes. then did a cool down run back. my legs felt super heavy and my knees started bothering me during the fartlek.
