Mood: Pretty good. The weight is just about where I want it. As far as finding any speed, no recent data as I've not done any fast running for a while. But I'm certainly feeling better on hills than a few months ago. Just have to keep at it.

Up to the power line and back, first time in a long time. Legs were feeling very sluggish, so the pace was very slow. Glad I wasn't trying to run another O' course today.
