Control placing with Pascal is the pissing rain. We started to get really cold around 2.5 hours, and abandoned control placement.

To and from work via the seabus. Feeling a little off all week (busy work, prep for WJR), so I didn't want to bike all the way home.

Orienteering 1:38:12 [3]

BC Champs long pursuit. I found today much tougher technically. Again, when I had a plan things went great. When I didn't, not so much. Rolled my foot twice going to 6 which didn't help. After 12 I was done physically, and it was all I could do to not trip over every small thing in my path. Orienteering while tired is tough! I am not fit enough to run 2 long distance races 2 days in a row, but I could probably have told you that without running...

Fun weekend, great orienteering! I should have more green in my training log :)
