Orienteering 1:38:12 [3]
BC Champs long pursuit. I found today much tougher technically. Again, when I had a plan things went great. When I didn't, not so much. Rolled my foot twice going to 6 which didn't help. After 12 I was done physically, and it was all I could do to not trip over every small thing in my path. Orienteering while tired is tough! I am not fit enough to run 2 long distance races 2 days in a row, but I could probably have told you that without running...
