Note

Busy days and missing my walks. Highlight yesterday was handing out (frozen) turkeys for Thanksgiving.

Walking 27:00 [1] 2.5 km (10:48 / km)

Vit D time - convinced a similiarly fast walking colleague to have our meeting outside, walking the nature loop. Very productive :-)

Jogging warm up/down 10:09 [2] 2.0 km (5:05 / km)

Before core

Core then legs, box jumps (24"), hamms (80/40# dl,sl), gluts leg presses (150#),shoulders and arms. Solid session of 4x10 reps
