Sa BSG 800m. Aim is sub 2;20 and expecting some faster M40+ to hang onto. Race plan- got to go out harder in first 500m (target 67-68 first 400, so 5 in 84-85) then hang on to 600 and then hit it. Dat's da plan so as not to leave anything on the table (based on flat 400, even a 66 first lap could doable).
