Running 11:40 [3]

started running but i felt a little flat. may be because i only woke up 10min before hand.. but i kept going and before long my blister that i got on Tuesday flared up again.. so i got to the top of the big hill but couldn't go any further. so i lightly jogged home but had to run on the side of my foot..
after taking off my shoes my blister is all puffy and red and sore..

so now i'm not going to do anything until Saturday night and just let my blister heal. i think it started from running in the rain on Tuesday, meaning that my foot was slipping in my shoe a bit..

so decided to jump on the exercise bike instead. and as i already had my shoes off i just did it barefoot, which meant that my foot kept slipping on the pedals and irritating my blister :(

don't you just love it when you're getting ready for work and eating your brekky, and then all of a sudden you throw it all back up :( means i get to watch Little Mermaid though (:
