Note

Just generated the report for the trip away. Not as many miles as when in Italy last year. I guess doing the odd very small run instead of the recovery rides may of made some differance but I guess the biking as just better in Italy and doing the bits of the Giro at the back end of the trip kept me motivated better last year.

I will find out in just over 2 weeks if I have done enough or not.

Westbury Intervals. Pyramid session with mikes groupe 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 half the last rep as rest. eased into it for the first two but then pushed hard. Managed to finish the long ones on a down slope which helped a lot. well quicker than the rest of the group so I have not lost much during the trip away. I realy should look to move up to the next group. Legs fairly stiff afterwards did a good long stretching session.
