Asked Garry to help me by setting course using the rogaine controls for the come and try it. Tried to push 3 and then rest for 90 seconds before the next 3. Royally messed up one of the controls, so took it easy till that control before pushing to the next one. (I took the wrong path, so had an extra 500m or so around to get to the control...horrible...but hopefully something that I will have sorted out before next week). I liked the focus on the speed. It was nice to push, even for a few controls.

Long course for the CATI. Very easy controls, often too easy. Nice to still be thinking of route choices though.
