In morning before uni

Running 30:24 [4] 6.14 km (4:57 / km)

The k rate for this is slow because from 1k to 2k i had 4 different unleashed dogs bark/ run at/ glare angrily at me. got onto a nice undulating track off cornelian bay, enjoyed it ran fast on the way back. chased down some people infront of me- that seems rude after complaining about dogs chasing me but i wasnt barking and had no intention of using their calf as a meal

So stoked on this. almost didnt go for the 2km straight because i had to watch two fat bogans dry humping under water on the laps back. when i got to 1700m i was feeling really pumped with adrennelin and started pushing really hard. At the mo my time is slow, but i'll try some faster stuff mixed with long stuff and maybe i'll get better
