Unfortunately v frustrating today. Snow v 'old' and slow, then occasional ice, then all the tracks full of rubbish leaves/twigs so horrible to ski. So went running in afternoon!

Learning to skate ski (or trying....) and some XC. Easy day - then went to the Spa! Amazing. Total spa convert.

Ski tour with Kath and Tim, then a quick skin up the back of the house with Tim in the afternoon - GREAT DAY. Whole body tired.

Perhaps slowest 6km ever. But on snow so v slow, had to pick way through and slipped alot. Fun!! :) :)

Quick skin up the Piste with Dobber and Tim - great!! Loved it. Beautiful at that time of night, saw the sunset and the moonrise. And I rememeber how to ski! Wahoo.
