Not very focused today, wasn't really in the mood for such a slow class - nice reggae music though

Strength and Conditioning 45:00 [3]

Climbing club circuits! Good but lots of cardio type exercises and a bit too much legs. I had thought it would be more bodyweight static stuff, and core/arms. Good but nto that useful for running as I don't really need any more leg workout!
