First time XC skiing. Was fun. We first went to Elsenborn but the tracks where bad here so we decided to go Botrange. This 5 km I did together with DriesVDK, Sofie, Witte and Marlon.

XC skiing at Botrange together with same 4 as before. Mash, Jeroen H., Jeroen VDK, Benjamin, Jef and Sara joined us. We did a long tour with a lot of waiting parts (some technical problems for Tom). We were away for 4h30. Very nice and intensive. Going to do this more if the weather makes it possible. Good weekend of training. Tomorrow bit of rest.

MTB at Overijse with Stefaan. A lot of snow. It was really hard driving. Especially on top of the hills where the snow was blown in the deep tracks so we had to ride on the meadow. So never real recuperation. The wind was also hard. At the end I was so hungry I could not drive fast anymore. This was pretty raw.

Night OL at Kesselhei. It was that cold my emit didn't work in the beginning. I also puched my watch a bit too late (right before the second control you can see on the map). So I took the first two splits of Jan. I should have win. Anyway, nice training.
