Running hills 34:00 [5]
Long hills from DAP. Psycho buzz was hanging around the top of the track by the gate, so turned R at the turning circle and climbed to the top quarry pond instead. 5 x reps of 6:47, 6:44, 6:52, 6:49, 6:39 with jog back between off a 12:30 cycle. Last one felt tough, but focussed on keeping some form and using my arms, and it ended up fastest. Pleased with the session, especially after a poor night's sleep and feeling pretty rubbish when I set off. Recovery from Fri seemed good.
