Some pals in CA runners kindly let me join them on their club run which was really fun.
All pain free as well, so hopefully that'll be me signed off from physio on Friday now. Plan to increase things up to a run every other day for a couple of weeks and see how I react to that. Then hopefully I can get back to normal training in November :)
