Another class with some hard stuff in it. Goblet squats are not for me (particularly my knees). I can do a few but then they start to hurt. Sitting in a chair and then getting back up are also not for my knees (down is okay; getting back up quickly, multiple times in a row, isn't). The knee lift series was just long and hard and good for me.
