Using exercise balls. Feet have been bothersome lately, particularly the right one. Didn't do downward dogs (yoga warmup), planks, or anything else that overstretched the PF. Odd that the symptoms are sharp pains at either end of the PF rather than the heel pain which I had in my other foot years ago.

Walking didn't feel right, and feet didn't want to let me go faster so I tested jogging. Didn't make the feet hurt any more, but I felt tired and was not going very fast, so I decided that was enough.

Plus adductors, pulldowns, and leg presses.
