20min Tempo + warm up/warm down around Hansen park. Plan was somewhere between 3:40-50min/k, did 3:43min/k but this may have been a tad fast in the wind, splits pretty consistent given the wind. Either way felt pretty good except for my ITB on the way home.Nice to be doing some faster workouts.
