Warm up and down - 5 minutes each.

Stretching: some

Running (Treadmill program) 50:00 [2] 4.65 mi (10:45 / mi)
shoes: Saucony 7 - Banana 1

Program - 1 minute at 5.0, 6.0, 5.0, 5.6, 6.6 mph.
Started out do the next higher one like I have been, but decided to go one lower instead...just a little chesty today.
