2 x 600m, 2 x 800m, 2 x 600m (plan was for 3 x 800m but the splits were quickly getting longer so dropped one)

Hip was fine for these.

800m of 100m jog (bends) 100m fast relaxed sprints (straights). Hip didn't like these.

Few laps of the track and then a jog home to WD.
