Cycling long 3:19:14 [3] 81.0 km (24.4 kph) +1000m

Long ride out to Hever Castle taking in the 'Kent Hills'. Went up Ide Hill (north-south so long rather than steep), Toy's Hill (pretty tough) and Hogtrough Hill (bit of a beast). Didn't want to push too hard, but bits of Toy's and most of Hogtrough I really had to grind out.
Some fun descents including Ide Hill (1.5km in 1:45) and Toy's Hill (3km in 4:00).

Swimming 55:00 [3] 1.4 km (39:17 / km)

Swim training at brockwell lido
Felt tough, unsurprisingly. Cramped up about 2/3 through after several kick drills and had to sit out a couple of lengths while I shook it off. Finished with head to head race and won, absolutely killed myself on that length.

Cycling 50:00 intensity: (25:00 @1) + (25:00 @2) 18.5 km (22.2 kph)

to & from the lido.
